This Box Elder Bowl has streaks of red spalting in a number of areas. Box Elder is sometimes called Ash Leaf Maple. The bowl has been decorated with 3 burned lines below the rim. It has been finished with a hand-rubbed oil finish and polished to a medium gloss. 3 1/2" high x 9 1/2" diameter.
