This huge American Sycamore hollow vessel in the Southwestern "olla" form has been decorated with a dramatic snake motif that winds around the vessel. The snake was created by pyroengraving, texturing, dyeing, and inlaying. The vase has been finished with a hand-rubbed oil finish and polished to a nice luster. 15 1/2" high x 14 1/2" diameter.
