The piece of wood for this bowl was given to me by a woodcutter friend of mine. The growth pattern of the burl produces stunning patterns in the grain which are highlighted by bark inclusions and voids or openings in the wood. The bowl is finished with a hand-rubbed oil finish and polished to a low-luster gloss. 7" high x 9 1/2" diameter. (Sold)
