This River Birch bowl has been handcarved with a ruffled rim design. The ruffles are freeform and organic looking. The form reminds me of what a water droplet striking the water surface looks like in slow motion. The bowl has been finished with a hand-rubbed oil finish and polished to a high gloss. 5" high x 12 1/4" diameter.
